摘　　要：小学英语教师职前培训是提高教师素质的有效途径之一。根据"人才培养模式"的变革,通过对小学英语教师职前培训存在的问题入进行分析,从加强校校合作师资培训,加强教师职业道德修养培训和变革英语职前培训评价机制三个方面提出职前培训的有效策略,以此提高小学英语教师职前培训的有效性。Primary school English teachers’pre-employment training is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of teachers. Ac-cording to the innovation of"training mode", through the analysis of pre-existing problems in Primary school English teachers’pre-em-ployment training, the author proposes effective strategies for pre-employment training in three ways, i.e. strengthening cooperation be-tween “school-and-school”teacher training, enhancing teachers' professional ethics training and reforming evaluation mechanism of English teachers’pre-employment training, in order to improve the effectiveness of primary school English teachers’pre-employment training.
