摘 要:随着高校体育课新"纲要"的颁布和高校体育课程改革的不断深入,瑜伽作为一种具有独特魅力的健身项目,迅速发展起来并形成一股健身热潮,在高职院校被广大师生所喜爱.在高职院校开设瑜伽课程不但可以丰富高校体育的教学内容,还有助于学生通过练习缓解和释放压力,促进身心全面协调发展,提高学生的自我修业的能力,从而有效实现体育教学锻炼身体和娱乐身心的目的,并能使学生树立正确的健康生活态度,养成终身体育的意识.With the promulgation of the new"Outline"of Physical Education and the university sports curriculum re-form, Yoga as a unique charm of the fitness project, has developed rapidly and formed a fitness craze, In higher voca-tional colleges are the teachers and students love.
