摘　　要：以职业能力培养为导向的物流管理专业学生的教育培养,不仅是新时期专业教育的需求,也是适应市场需求的教学需求。文中首先从专业品质、专业知识、专业技能三方面,分析了物流管理专业学生职业能力的内容及相关的具体要素。然后,从明确人才培养目标、构建完善的教学体系、完善就业服务体系等三方面,论述了物流管理专业学生职业能力的培育模式。In order to occupation ability oriented Logistics Management Major Students' education,is not only a professional education in the new era demand,but also meet the needs of the market demand of teaching.This paper from the professional quality,professional knowledge,professional skills in three areas,analyzes the occupation ability management students logistics content and specific factors.Then,from the clear training objectives,build perfect teaching system,three aspects of improving employment service system,discusses the mode of cultivating students ability of logistics management of occupation.
