摘　　要：残疾学员在远程开放教育个性化学习方式上存在学习主体差异大、学习过程复杂化和学习主体实现困难等特点,因此在支持服务体系建设上,应从课程资源、学习过程、技术设施和监督管理上奉行简化、细致性和人性化原则,并注重适用性和开放性。As disabled students have different learning basis, and are hard to adjust to complicated learning process of open education, the construction of supporting and service system to them should simplify the course resources,learning process,techonology requivements,and supervision,and provide careful and personalized services on the whole teaching process.system suitability and openness should also be taken into consideration.
