摘 要:"订单式"培养模式是工学结合人才培养模式的一个提升,因其缩短了学生与就业岗位之间的距离、降低了企业用人成本而受到推崇。但是,在开展"订单式"人才培养过程中,出现了订单式培养协议的约束力不强、学生与企业之间均存在所得利益不完全性等问题。探讨"订单式"培养模式中合作方权益保障问题,可以实现企业、学校和学生三方共赢的良好局面。Order-orientated program is the higher stage of the program of combining work with study. It is popular among Vocational Colleges and enterprises as it shortens the distance between students and job requirements, and reduces the personnel costs of the enterprises. But in practice there are some problems such as the less binding power of order training agreement, the uneven benefits among the involved parties. This paper discusses all parties' right protection to achieve a win-win-win situation for businesses, schools and students.
