摘　　要：从空间性影响和时间性影响两方面入手,结合国内外学者对于轨道交通的研究进展,分析城市轨道交通对住房价格的空间性影响,以及不同时期(规划期、建设期、运营期)的城市轨道交通对住房价格的影响。基于分析结果得出了研究结论,并根据实际情况提出值得深入研究的相关问题。From the two aspects of spatial and timeliness influence,combined with the research of the domestic and overseas scholars on urban rail transit,the article analyzes the effect on the house price because of the influence of urban rail transit for space location factor,and the influence of urban rail traffic in different periods(planning period,construction period,operation period).Based on the analysis results,the article draws the conclusion.Finally the article puts forward some relevant worth-researching problems according to the actual situation.
