摘　　要：以建构主义理论为指导,以提高研究生创新精神及实践能力为目标,构建起了一个以学生为中心,突出学生自主学习、自我设计的立体化实验教学新模式,初步建立了免疫学专业教学中研究生创新精神和实践能力评价指标体系。The study was guided by constructivism theory to improve innovative spirit and practical ability of Master Degree Condidate,then to build new three-dimensional model of student-centered,prominent independent learning,and self-designed experimental teaching.In addition,the research initially established an evaluation system for assessing graduate students' creative spirit and practical ability in teaching of medical immunology.
