教育方式对医学生医德教育效果的影响

摘　　要：国外医学生医德教育的主要方式为PBL和服务学习模式,且教育效果显著,而国内以课堂教育为主的医德教育方式则效果欠佳,医德教育已成为国内医学院校普遍面临的一个重大难题,必须探寻建构同现代医学模式及医德实践相适应的医德教育新模式与新方法,以提高医德教育的效果,并提出探索"医疗扶贫医德教育服务学习模式"这种新模式教育效果的必要性。There are remarkable effects on overseas medical students' medical ethics education by means of the education method PBL and service learning education mode.However,in the domestic campuses and colleges there are few effects on medical students' medical ethics education by means of class teaching education mode.Medical ethics education becomes a huge problem in the domestic medical campuses and colleges,so they must explore and develop new medical ethics education modes and methods to adapt the modern medical teaching mode and medical ethics practices,which can enhance the effects of medical ethics educatioa As a result,it is very necessary to find out the medical ethics education effects of the new teaching mode of 'service-learning' in medical ethics education.
