摘　　要：通过对会计职业道德存在问题的分析，文章揭示了会计职业道德存在问题的深层次原因，提出了解决会计职业道德问题的对策。By analyzing the problems in the accounting occupation morals, this paper reveals the deep reasons of accounting occupation moral problems, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the accounting occupation moral problem.
