摘　　要：多元化教学是一种多角度、多方式、多层次的教学方式,即让学生在同一学习环境中,利用自己的智力优势,充分发挥其学习的积极性和主动性,变被动的接受者为主动的知识摄取者。本文结合多年的《概率论与数理统计》的教学实践,对考试成绩进行统计分析,探讨《概率论与数理统计》的多元化教学,以提高教学效果与教学质量。The multi-teaching method is one with multi-angles,multi-ways and multi-levels the practical teaching,which helps students make full use of their intelligence to a full play of enthusiasm and initiative in their work.Therefore,students will turn to be active learners rather than passive ones.This paper inquires into the multiple-teaching method of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics in order to raise the teaching effect and quality based on the statistical analysis of students' examination grades.
