摘　　要：女大学生的就业问题是当前备受关注的社会问题,她们是社会人才资源的重要组成部分。本文在对当前女大学生就业现状调查的基础上,运用舒伯生涯发展理论进行分析,解释女大学生就业难的原因,并提出相应的对策。The employment problem of female college students becomes a critical concern nowadays.Female college students are an important part of the social and human resources.Based on investigation of their current employment situation,the reasons of the employment difficulty among female college students are analyzed and interpreted with E.Super career development theory.Then,some corresponding strategies are proposed to solve their employment problems.
