摘　　要：文化全球化和本土化的矛盾和冲突体现了当前多元文化发展的态势,在跨文化交流中,交际者所持有的跨文化身份由文化的本土性沿着文化身份跨越渐进,最终达到文化身份的超越,从而成为拥有多元文化的国际人。The trend of current multiculturalism is in the bargaining of globalization and nativizition.In the course of intercultural communication,the cultural identity of communicators develops from adhering to native culture,through moving across towards target culture,finally transcending to the intake of both native and target culture,then share the identity of being a man with multiculturalism.
