摘 要:在分析国内外再生骨料分类标准的基础上,建议增加Ⅳ类再生粗、细骨料等级,并给出该级别再生骨料的性能参数。总结国内外规范中不同再生粗骨料取代率对应的收缩、徐变修正系数的取值范围;系统分析骨料品质等级对再生混凝土长期变形性能的影响。采用线性回归分析法,建立同时考虑再生骨料等级、取代比例2个因素的收缩徐变修正系数的计算公式。基于该公式可以定量计算各等级再生骨料、任意骨料取代比例混凝土的收缩徐变修正系数,弥补了现行规范中仅根据取代比例单一因素取值的不足。A comparative study of classification standards on recycled aggregates(RA) in China and abroad was carried out,a modification suggestion that adding IV level to the China grading standard of RA was proposed and the performance parameters were recommended.The value range of correction factors of shrinkage and creep corresponding to different qualities of RA were presented,while the impacts of RA quality level on shrinkage and creep of RAC were summarized systematically.On the basis of linear regression analysis,correction factor formulas of shrinkage and creep were established taking into account the RA quality grade and replacement ratio at the same time,according to the formulas proposed.The results show that shrinkage and creep correction coefficient values can be quantitatively calculated with different RA grades at any replacement levels.Furthermore,the formula is also a supplement to the existing norms,in which the correction coefficient values are only based on replacement levels.
