摘 要:针对传统信息管理与故障诊断模式的不足,为了充分发挥智能故障诊断技术与IETM技术的优势,将两项技术进行结合,研究其在导弹发射设备中的应用。以电路板为例,采用支持向量机与粗糙集相结合的方法设计了故障诊断模型,并进行了实例验证。将模型与专家系统相结合,设计了故障诊断系统整体结构。设计开发了IETM系统,并将诊断系统与之集成,构建了智能故障诊断IETM原型系统。实践结果表明:该系统具有一定的实际应用价值。Aiming at the limitation of traditional information management and fault diagnosis mode,in order to fully exert the superiority of intelligent fault diagnosis and IETM technology,the two technologies were effectively integrated and applied in missile launch equipment.Taking circuit board as an example,using integrated method of SVM and RS,the fault diagnosis model was designed and validated.Then the whole structure of the diagnosis system was designed by integrating the model and expert system.Finally,the IETM system was developed,at the same time,the diagnosis system was integrated with it,and the intelligent fault diagnosis IETM antitype system was established.It is proved that this system has some application value in practice.
