成长型中小企业技术创新对经营绩效的影响研究——以我国创业板企业为例

摘　　要：创业板企业的经营状况与成长性日益受到关注。文章以2009-2010年之前在创业板上市的科技型企业为样本,选取营业总收入和净利润两个绝对指标来衡量企业的经营绩效,以创新能力指标作为被解释变量,实证分析了企业技术创新水平对其经营业绩的影响。研究证明,企业研发投入对经营业绩影响起到积极作用;但成长型中小企业研发人员数量和发明专利数量对经营绩效没有正相关关系,而研发人员专业水平和专利成果转化才是更有价值的指标。研究结果将对创业板市场未来发展趋势起到一定的参考预测作用。The GEM market has become the fastest growing market in the Chinese securities market.Along with the development of supervision mechanism,there is a growing concern about the GEM enterprise management status and growth.The paper investigated the technological innovation of GEM enterprises,and analyzed the correlation between innovation ability index and company performance.The results of the study will play a positive role of reference and prediction for the development trend of the GEM market.
