摘　　要：在研制浦东义务教育阶段学校督导评估指标体系的过程中,时代主题、主要保障和主要思路三个基本问题非常关键。其中,义务教育均衡发展是时代主题;区域督导评估机制创新是主要保障;主要思路要做到系统思考。There are three principal problems of the design of school supervisory evaluation indicators in compulsory education of Pudong.The problems are the topic of historical period,the main safeguard measure,and the key idea.Among them,the topic of historical period is the balanced development of compulsory education,the main safeguard measure is regional supervision evaluation mechanism innovation,and the key idea is systematic thinking.
