摘 要:采用高效液相色谱对甘蔗渣汽爆产物进行了分析,在相同的汽爆蒸汽压力下,随着汽爆保压时间的延长,降解产生的对后续酶解和发酵有害的物质甲酸、乙酸和糠醛等也随之增加。研究了汽爆甘蔗渣的酶解和发酵,在实验室800g体系酶解和发酵实验研究的基础上进行了工艺放大实验,利用20m3发酵罐进行酶解和发酵实验,在25.25%(w/w)底物浓度条件下,发酵产乙醇浓度5.36%vol,达到了蒸馏能耗经济性指标发酵醪乙醇浓度不低于4%vol的要求。Sugarcane bagasse products after steam explosion pretreatment were identified by HPLC.At the same pressure of the steam explosion,the degraded products such as formic acid,acetic acid and furfural which were harmful to enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation increased with extension of pressure holding time.Based on enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation study at 800g system scale of steam-exploded sugarcane bagass in laboratory,scale-up fermentation experiments were carried out in 20m3fermentor.Ethanol concentration 5.36%vol was obtained with 25.25%(w/w) substrate concentration,indicating that energy economy of distillation could be acceptable for exceeding the lowest concentration requirement of 4%vol.
