摘  要:论文针对大型有限元车辆—轨道耦合系统刚柔混合模型,建立了列车弹性车体运行舒适性分析的虚拟激励-辛方法.将轨道视为无穷长周期链式结构,采用辛数学方法建立了低自由度的轨道动力学运动方程,有效解决了有限长轨道结构边界效应对系统动力响应的影响;利用密贴接触理论进行刚-柔耦合车辆动力学方程与辛轨道动力学方程耦合,应用虚拟激励原理将随机轨道不平顺转化为一系列虚拟的简谐轨道不平顺,将随机振动问题转化为稳态响应求解问题,并应用简谐波在周期子结构链传播的辛数学理论,进一步建立了列车弹性车体运行舒适性分析的虚拟激励-辛方法.数值算例应用本文所建立的方法,基于ISO国际标准对耦合系统进行了舒适性分析,并对车速、轨道不平顺等因素对舒适性的影响进行了讨论,对车辆—轨道耦合系统的舒适性分析及参数优化提供了有效的参考信息.In this present paper,according to the rigid-flex hybrid model for major finite vehicle-track coupling system,the pseudo-excitation and sympectic method was established for riding quality estimation of the flexible vehicle body.Firstly,the track was regarded as infinite long period chain structure then the orbital dynamics equation of motion with low degree of freedom was established by symplectic algorithm,which solved the influence on dynamic response of system from boundary effects of finite long track structure;secondly,through tight contact theory,the rigid-flex hybrid vehicle dynamics equation and symplectic orbital dynamics equation were coupled.Lastly,though pseudo excitation theory,the track irregularities were transformed into a series of pseudo harmonic track irregularities,which transformed the random vibration problem into steady state response solution.Then symplectic algorithm of harmonic wave propagation in the periodic chain structures was used.The two methods further built the pseudo-excitation and sympectic method for riding quality estimation of the flexible vehicle body.In the numerical example,on the basis of the methods above,riding quality estimation for coupling system in view of ISO2631was conducted.Then the influence from speed,track irregularity,etc.factors on riding quality was discussed.Therefore,some effective reference information was provided for riding quality analysis and parameter optimization of vehicle-track coupling system.
