摘 要:制作毛绒玩具需要的布料是通过激光切割机切割绣布生产的.由于老式切割机器采用人工定位切割线方法,因此生产的布料质量参差不齐,影响玩具的美观性和成品率.为解决这些问题,提出一种新的切割方法,通过DST文件解析与机器视觉结合的方法,运用OpenCV开源库作为工具,采用Hu矩作为匹配特征,可以直接将切割线映射到切割机器上,消除切割线定位对于人工的依赖,很好地解决了切割线定位依赖人工,而且整个切割过程仅需一次,减少了工作时间.The material making plush toys is produced by embroidered fabrics which are cut by laser cutting machine.The cutting line is positioned artificially in traditional cutting machines,so the quality of the produced cloth varies such a lot that impacts the toys′beauty and the rate of finished products.In order to solve the aforementioned problems,a new cutting method was presented,combining DST(digital scheme of tajima)file parsing and machine vision,using OpenCV open source library as a tool and Hu moments as matching feature,so that the cutting line could be directly mapped to the cutting machine.This new embroidered cloth automatic cutting system will eliminate the dependence on artificial positioning when cutting line,which not only can solve the problem caused by manual positioning in original cutting system,but also only one time is needed throughout the entire cutting process.In this way,it will reduce the working time greatly and the effect is very obvious.
