摘  要:本研究通过对组织创新内涵相关研究进行梳理,系统性地归纳出组织创新中的十个创新要素。基于制造业数据,进一步运用探索性因子分析法提取了战略导向型、结构导向型、制度导向型和文化导向型四个组织创新维度,并分析了不同创新维度之间的双向性作用,从而构建了组织创新四维模型。这一模型充分体现出一种以战略导向型组织创新为顶点的四面体结构,且在每一个构面上表现出顺时针和逆时针并存的双闭环模式。This Research makes a review to previous related research about organizational innovation connotation and ten innovative elements of organizational innovation are systematically summarized. Based on data from manufacturing enterprises,four dimensions of strategy- oriented,structure- oriented,institution- oriented and culture- oriented organizational innovation are further extracted by using the method of exploratory factor analysis and the bicyclical relationships between different organizational innovation dimensions are analyzed. Therefore,one four- dimension model of organizational innovation is reasonably constructed. This four- dimension model fully reflects a tetrahedral structure,in which strategy- oriented organizational innovation acts as a vertex,and each constituted plane embodies a closed double- ring model of clockwise and counterclockwise coexistence.
