德华大学与青岛医学高等教育的起源  

De Hua University and the Origin of Qingdao Medical Higher Education

摘　　要：德华大学又名青岛特别高等学堂,是德国在1909年与清政府合作在青岛创办的一所近代高等学校。这所学校的创办,虽然是德国在青岛经济殖民、文化扩张的产物,但其在专业设置、教学管理和人才培养等方面为青岛现代高等教育的发展奠定了一定的基础。德华大学的医科,以当时德国在青岛设立的设施最先进、医疗水平最高的海军医院和福柏医院为实践基地,教师全部是由德国在青岛的海军医院的人员充任或兼任,课程设置系统,教学内容先进,在一个较高起点上奠定了青岛近代医学高等教育的发展基础。De Hua University,which is also called Qingdao Specialized Institute of Higher Learning,is an modern university established by Germany and the Qing government in 1909. Although its foundation was the product of Germany economic colonization and cultural expansion in Qingdao,but it has laid a certain foundation for Qingdao modern higher education's development on the aspects in the professional setting,teaching management and personnel training. The medicine of De Hua University put the Navy hospital and Fu Hua hospital as a practice base,which was set up by Germany in Qingdao. The two hospitals have the most advanced facilities and the highest standards of medical care at that time;its teachers were taken up by the medical staff from German Navy hospital of Qingdao;its curriculum was systemic and its teaching content was advanced. In a higher starting point,these aspects laid the development foundation for Qingdao modern medical higher education.
