摘　　要：随着医疗事业的快速发展和人们对于健康需求的日益增加,中医院校临床医学专业学位研究生的培养模式也要不断变革创新。本文依据培养模式的构成要素从培养目标、培养方式、质量评价三方面构建临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式,以期对培养能满足社会需求、具有较高临床综合素质的高层次中医人才产生积极的推动作用。With the rapid development of medical enterprise and the increased health needs,the postgraduate training pattern of clinical medicine specialty degree in Colleges of TCM is also changing continuously. The mode is constructed by training objective,cultivating mode and quality evaluation. It plays an active promoting role in training high- level talents of TCM which match social needs and have comprehensive ability in clinics.
