摘  要:建立准确的本构模型是将磁流变弹性体(magnetorheological elastomers,MREs)应用于结构智能减振的基础。本文以硅橡胶为基体,在有场条件下制备羰基铁粉体积含量为30%的MRE。在不同磁场下测试其储存模量和损耗模量随应变幅值的变化,结果表明MRE的动态力学性能随应变振幅呈非线性变化;继而测试其在不同磁场、不同应变下的松弛曲线,结果表明MRE具有显著的松弛行为,且对应变和磁场具有依赖性。在此基础上,建立MRE的五参数非线性模型,根据试验结果拟合得到不同工况下的模型参数,数值模拟结果与实验数据吻合较好,表明根据松弛行为建立MRE的非线性本构模型是可行的。Establishing an accurate constitutive model is the prerequisite for the application of magnetorheological elastomers(MREs)in smart vibration control.In this paper,apre-structured MRE was prepared with silicone rubber and carbonyl iron particles with 30% by volume fraction.Under various magnetic fields,the dependence of storage modulus and loss modulus of MRE on strain amplitude was measured,which indicated its dynamic mechanical properties are nonlinear functions of strain amplitude.Then its relaxation behavior under various magnetic fields and strain was tested.The MRE presents significant relaxation behavior,which strongly depends on strain and magnetic field.A five-parameter nonlinear model was then proposed to descript the relaxation behavior. The parameters under different condition were obtained based on the experimental data.The simulation results agree well with the experimental data.It indicated that an accurate nonlinear constitution model of MREs can be obtained on the basis of their relaxation behavior.
