摘　　要：EGP和ESP是应用语言学领域英语教学的两大主流。航空飞行英语应属ESP范畴。随着我国民航业的迅速发展,培养兼顾飞行专业英语和通用英语语言运用能力的职业航空复合型人才是满足学习者自身需求和推动我国民航业与世界接轨、学习国外先进经验和技术的迫切需要。本文分析了EGP和ESP在飞行英语教学中的关系和作用,探索如何将EGP与ESP相结合以达到满足学习者职业需求的目的,分析了EGP+ESP实施中的一些问题。EGP and ESP are two main branches of English teaching in applied linguistics. Aviation English is an ESP( English for Specific Purposes) for people operating and using aircraft. With the development of aviation industry in China,it is important to foster compound talents with a combination of aviation English and general English so as to meet the demands of the learners' personal development,the internationalization of Chinese civil aviation industry,and the employment of foreign advanced technologies. The paper discusses the relation and functions of EGP and ESP in aviation English teaching and analyses some problems of the mode of EGP + ESP,aiming to find a better way to develop the learners' English communicative competence and meet the learners' occupational demands in the future.
