摘  要:将Stephenson-Ⅲ型球面六杆机构看作是由1个基础球面四杆机构和1个球面二杆组组成的多回路机构。该机构的曲柄存在条件将由其各回路特性共同决定。根据连杆机构的组成原理,运用球面三角学导出球面四杆机构曲柄存在条件,再结合机构的可装配条件,给出了Stephenson-Ⅲ型球面六杆机构曲柄存在条件。构建了机构3维仿真模型,用仿真分析方法验证了结果的正确性。It is a critical issue to identify the existence of a crank of a multiple loop mechanism,which is most fundamental and difficult problem in the process of mechanism analysis and synthesis.The identification of a crank in spherical Stephenson-III six-bar mechanism was investigated.The mechanism was divided into two units,a spherical four-bar linkage and a spherical two-bar.By means of spherical trigonometry,the discriminant for detection of a crank of spherical four-bar linkage was presented at first.After that,combining that discriminant with assembly condition,the conditions of crank existence of spherical Stephenson-III six-bar mechanism were derived out.Finally,two examples were employed to valid the discriminant presented.
