摘 要:对研发的一种黏滞阻尼器的四种不同型号D1~D4进行低周循环加载试验和抗低周疲劳性能试验,探讨阻尼器的耗能性能和参数相关性能,并将其在实际工程中进行应用分析研究。结果表明,研制的黏滞阻尼器达到预期设计要求,具有良好的耗能性能与抗低周疲劳性能,阻尼器设计与加工技术可靠、工作性能稳定、密封性好;工程应用显示了研制的黏滞阻尼器具有大量耗散地震输入能量、有效衰减结构动力响应、降低地震作用下结构层间侧移的能力,验证了所提黏滞阻尼器对于抑制结构震动、提高结构安全性能的可行性和有效性。A viscous damper was invented in order to avoid some shortages of existing dampers and improve performance in a certain extent. Experiments on hysteretic and low-cycle fatigue property of the viscous dampers with four types( D1~ D4) were performed. Based on the experimental data,mechanical properties,such as energy dissipation performance,parameter related performance,were investigated in detail. And the new viscous damper was applied in a practical engineering. Results show that expected design requirements are well achieved for the new advanced viscous dampers.Good energy dissipation performance and low-cycle fatigue performance can be obtained according to experimental hysteretic curves. And the dampers have stable work performance and excellent tightness. The application study of the viscous damper shows that the viscous damper can dissipate energy imported by earthquake,attenuate inter-story displacement effectively. So,the viscous dampers are feasible and effective to control earthquake-induced vibration responses and then improve structural safety.
