高等职业教育引入ISO体系探析——基于企业和高职ISO体系的同异性分析

摘　　要：ISO体系在企业中取得巨大成功,促使众多高等职业院校也纷纷引进该体系。但高职院校和企业毕竟不同,要想让该体系真正在教育教学改革中发挥巨大作用,必须认真研究ISO质量体系在企业和高职院校中的不同点,在推行全面质量管理的总目标下,将ISO质量管理的理念和职业教育的具体情况相结合,探索出真正符合学校的ISO质量管理体系标准文件,而不能急于求成地拿企业版的ISO标准体系来照搬照套,盲目推行。The great success of ISO in enterprises has prompted its introduction to many vocational colleges of higher education.However,vocational colleges are different from enterprises.To have this system truly play a significant role in educational and teaching reform,we have to carefully study the differences of ISO in enterprises and vocational colleges.Under the overall objective of total quality management,we should combine ISO quality management concepts and the reality of vocational education,and explore ISO quality management standard documents that truly comply with school operation,instead of taking directly from enterprises.
