以岗位创业为导向的高校创业教育新模式——以温州大学为例

摘　　要：自高校创业教育开展10多年来,各高校积极探索创新创业人才培养理念更新与人才培养质量提升的有效路径。温州大学在探索与实践的基础上,构建了"全校层面-专业层面-试点班层面"逐层递进的、以岗位创业为导向的创业教育新体系,提出了创业与就业兼容的岗位创业教育新理念,探索了创业教育与专业教育深度融合的新途径,建立了整合校内外资源的创业教育运行新机制。Since entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities appeared 10 years ago,the universities explored actively the renewal of ideas and talent training quality improvement.On the basis of the Wenzhou University,it established a'school level-professional level-the pilot class level'entrepreneurship education system oriented by post entrepreneurship,put forward a new concept of entrepreneurship education in entrepreneurship and employment post compatible,explored a new approach of fusion of entrepreneurship education and professional education in depth,and established a new entrepreneurship education operation mechanism on the integration of internal and external resources.
