摘  要:我国高等教育的盲文教材因制作难度大、成本高、需要量小,所以由中国盲文出版社出版发行的高等教育盲文教材很少,不能满足盲人大学生的学习需要。自开展视障大学生全纳教育以来,长春大学视障资源中心深入研究了视障大学生摸读盲文教材的规律,制作了多本高等教育盲文教材。根据学生的阅读规律,采用章节前加附小目录、重点注音标调及注释、简写等方式制作盲文教材,提高视障大学生高等教育盲文教材的阅读效率,及盲文教材在课堂上的使用效率,旨在促进视障高等教育教材建设及全纳教育的开展,保证教学质量及人才培养质量。Because of the difficult making process,high cost and small quantity of requirements of Braille textbooks in higher education,the Braille textbooks issued by China Braille Publishing House is few,which can not meet the learning needs for blind college students. Since the development of inclusive education for students with visual impairment,Visually Impaired Resource Center of Changchun University has produced a number of higher education textbooks in Braille based on a deep research of visually impaired students' reading rule. According to the students' reading law,the methods of adding small catalogue before each chapter,labeling phonetic notation and tone on key points as well as using notes and abbreviation are adopted,in order to improve the reading efficiency for visually impaired students to read Braille materials and use efficiency of Braille textbooks in classroom teaching,aiming to promote the construction of higher education materials and development of inclusive education for visually impaired students,to ensure teaching quality and personnel training quality.
