摘　　要：培养本科技术技能型人才是社会经济转型和高等教育发展的需要,是高校错位发展、增强学生就业竞争力的需要。与高职高专、学术型本科相比,技术技能型本科在人才培养方面存在较大差异,需在人才培养体系、实践教学等方面做出相应转变。To cultivate undergraduate technical skill talents was the need of the social economy transformation and higher education development,which was also the need of college dislocation development and student employment competitive power.Comparing with higher vocational education and academic undergraduate education,there lay agreat difference in cultivating technical skill talents.Therefore,it's necessary to change its talent cultivating system and practice teaching.
