高校优秀辅导员基本角色形象及其特征--基于全国高校辅导员年度人物评选事迹的文本分析

摘　　要：本文通过对60位全国高校辅导员年度人物评选事迹的文本分析,揭示了其基本角色形象,即爱的守护者、专业引导者、"舞台"搭建者以及理论探索者,由此获得的启示是:高校辅导员成长需要培养"三大职业素养",即爱生敬业、专业化发展和学习与创新,高校辅导员成长的关键点和难点需处理好"全"与"专"的关系。Based on the text analysis of the achievements made by 60 national college counselors as Persons of the Year,the paper revealed that the basic role images of excellent counselors were love guardians,professional growth guides,stage builders and theory explorers.Then it came to some conclusions that'three major professional qualities'should be cultivated in the growth of college counselors,namely loving students and being dedicated to work,professional development,and learning and innovation.However,key points and challenges in their growth resided in the tension between 'versatility'and 'professionalization'.
