摘　　要：推焦车是炼焦工艺中重要的组成设备之一。而推焦车取门机构的正常运行对炼焦质量及高效化生产有着重要的影响,提出了一种利用液压控制系统实现取门机构远程操作的实现方法。该方法能够实现取门机构在开闭炉门过程中速度的控制和位置的精确定位。Pushing car is an important equipment in the coking process. The normal operation of door taking mechanism on pushing car has an important influence on coke quality and efficient production. Presents a method to realize remote control of door taking mechanism by using the hydraulic control system,and this method can realize the precise positioning control and speed control during the operation of the door taking mechanism.
