摘 要:薪酬制度的确定是推动大学教师职业化的前提,也是提升教学质量,推动学术发展的重要步骤之一。民国初期国立大学在吸纳新式知识分子时遭遇政府竞争,难以聘得优秀学者,此种情形反复引发教育部、学界与大学对于国立大学教师是否纳入官僚体系的争论。为保障大学质量,教育部逐渐限制官员与专任教员相互兼任,国立大学教师的薪酬也从依附于官僚薪酬体系中逐步独立出来,且薪酬水平得到提升。随着大学学术性的增强,区别于官俸的大学教师薪酬结构要素不断拓展,学术研究要素日益突显,大学教师职业自主性也日益增强。A perfect compensation system was not only the premise of promoting the professionalization of faculty,but also the measure of improving the quality of teaching and promoting the academic development.In the early years of Republic of China,the national universities recruited the new intellectuals,suffering the government's competition,which was difficult to recruit outstanding scholars;such situation caused an intense debate about national faculty'salary and government officials' salary by the Ministry of Education,national universities and the academic.To guarantee the quality of universities,the Ministry of Education and the national universities began to limit part-time faculty.The national faculty'salary was gradually independent from government officials' salary system,and its remuneration level was improved.As the academic enhancing,the differences between national faculty'salary and government officials' salary became more obvious,the academic elements were increasingly prominent,and the faculty'professional autonomy improved.
