摘　　要：目前,我国一批普通本科院校正面临着向职业院校的转型。普通本科院校向职业院校转型,在办学定位上必须突出技术性,培养技术技能型人才,同时又要克服技术主义的影响,预防工具人培养的倾向;要认清技术性与工具人培养的区别与联系,推动技术与人文互为补充与融合,确立以人文为基点、以技术为核心的技术人文教育理念。Nowadays,a number of undergraduate colleges are facing the transformation to technology colleges.In the process of transformation,undergraduate colleges must stress the school-running orientation of technicality,cultivating high-tech applied talents;overcome the effects of technologism,preventing the tendency of training instrumental talents.It is necessary to recognize the difference and unity between technicality and training instrumental talents,promoting the complement and integration of technology and humanity,and establishing the technological and humanistic education ideas with technology as the core on the basis of humanity.
