摘 要:文章采用SEC(Surveys of Enacted Curriculum)分析工具,以2012~2014年历史高考试卷为样本,分析了近三年历史高考试卷与《课程标准》之间的"一致性"状况。结果表明,近三年历史高考试卷逐步体现了试卷考点与《课程标准》知识主题之间、试卷的认知水平考核难度与《课程标准》的认知水平学习要求之间的"适度一致性"。高考改革是推动历史高考试卷与《课程标准》之间逐步走向"适度一致性"的根本原因,认识并坚持高考试卷与课程标准之间的"适度一致性"原则,对普通高中各科的教学均具有重要的引导性价值。Based on the samples of the history papers of college entrance examination in years of2012,2013 and 2014,the article uses SEC(Surveys of Enacted Curriculum) analysis tool to the explore the alignment between the history test papers and the History Curriculum Standards.It is thought that the 'Moderate Alignment' have been gradually emerging during the past three years between the test points of the history papers and knowledge themes of the curriculum standards,and also betweeen the difficulty level of the history papers and cognitive level of the curriculum standards. Reform of the college entrance examination system is the root cause to push forward the 'Moderate Tlignment' between the history papers and the History Curriculum Standards.Realising and sticking to the 'Moderate Tlignment' principle will be a great help for general high school teaching of all subjects.
