摘  要:共同富裕的扶贫目标、扶贫攻坚的片区联动和可持续发展的生态瓶颈推动着我国连片特困地区传统开发扶贫模式加快转变,融能力提升、收入增长和生态改善等多重功能于一体的教育移民扶贫途径作用日益凸显。鉴于当前存在的突出问题,需要确立优先发展政策机制,探索教育移民的渐进、协同推进机制,实施多元化资金投入和补偿机制,构筑无缝衔接、形式多样的管理机制和沟通平台,推动我国连片特困地区教育移民纵深发展。the goal of common prosperity, function Locating of ecological barrier and ecological bottleneck of sustainable development leads to transformation of the traditional mode of antipoverty in multiple-block-joint poor areas. So educational migration plays the more important role in fighting against poverty because it has multiple functions including capacity promotion, income growth and ecological improvement. Given the current problems, it is required to promote the development speed of education migration through building up the different kinds of mechanism such as priority development mechanism, progressive and collaborative development mechanism, multiple funding and compensation mechanisms, and various forms of management mechanisms.
