摘  要:分析了掘进机总线通讯系统对控制器性能的要求,采用Inter Control专用控制器作为掘进机总线通讯系统的核心。详细介绍了基于该控制器的CAN及CANopen总线通讯系统的结构组成和组网过程并将Inter Control控制器成功应用于全岩掘进机的总线通讯系统。最后说明了组建基于该控制器的总线通讯系统需要考虑的关键问题。Roadheader bus communication system that for controller performance requirements were analyzed. Inter Control appropriation controller was used as the core of roadheader bus communication system. Structure composing and networking process of CAN and CANopen bus communication system that based on the controller were detailed and Inter Control controller was successfully applied to bus communication system of all-rock roadheader. Finally key issues need to be considered in bus communication system that based on the controller was illustrated.
