摘  要:目的:基于对资源异质性假设,对医师数量进行调整,运用两种不同的方法,计算调整后的医师配置公平性。方法:在对医师数量调整的基础上,采用基尼系数和泰尔指数的方法。结果:调整后按人口分布、地理分布、经济分布的基尼系数和泰尔指数均变大了,即医师的素质差异可以影响医师资源配置的公平性。三个维度的测量中,医师配置按人口分布公平性较好。建议:探讨卫生人力资源配置的公平性要考虑到卫生人力资源素质的差异。Objective:Using two methods to measure the allocation equity of physician resources after adjusting the physician'snumbers based on heterogeneity hypothesis.Methods:Gini coefficient and Theil index were used based on physician number adjust-ment.Results:After the adjustment,both the Gini coefficient and Theil indexes of population distribution,geographic distribution andeconomic distribution were enlarged.Therefore,the quality of physicians could influence the equity of physician resource allocation.In the estimating three dimensions,physician allocation was better by population distribution equity.Suggestions:Discussing the eq-uity of human resources on health should consider the quality differences of human resources on health.
