摘  要:目的:基于卫生人力资源同质性假设,从人口、地理、经济三个维度测量宁夏卫生人力资源配置的公平性。方法:在对宁夏五市卫生人力资源三个维度描述性分析的基础上,采用基尼系数的方法。结果:三个维度的测量中,卫生人力资源按地理分布不公平性较为突出。在人口和地理分布,卫生技术人员是导致不公平的主要来源;在经济分布上,注册护士是导致不公平的主要来源。建议:合理分配卫生人力资源,除了考虑人均卫生人力资源外,还要考虑卫生人员单位面积的密度,同时还要考虑不同经济水平地区的卫生人力资源配备。Objective:To measure the equity of health resources allocation from population,geographic and economic distributionbased on health human resource homogeneity.Methods:Based on the general description of human resources from three dimensionsof five cities in Ningxia,Gini coefficient is employed.Results:Geographic distribution was the main factor for inequity of health re-sources allocation within the three dimensions.Health technical staff was the main factor for the inequity from population and geo-graphic distribution;registered nurse was the main factor for inequity from economy distribution.Suggestions:It was suggested to al-locate human resources on health reasonably,density per unit area and regions of different economic levels should be considered inaddition with the distribution of health human resources allocation for regions of different economic levels.
