摘　　要：在不使用API函数的前提下 ,直接使用DragDrop事件实现对图像框的随意拖动、精确拖动 ,这种方法也适用于其它可以拖动的控件。The paper indicates that we can use “Dragdrop” directly to drag or drop an image accurately and optionally instead of using the function of Windows API. The methods also can be used in other dragged and dropped controls.
