高等职业教育人才培养模式创新研究——以电子信息工程专业为例

摘　　要：高等职业教育是以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向的一个教育体系。高等职业院校中,受学生所存在的学习个体差异影响,不同的学生对知识的学习和需求是不一样的,而这一不同需求就决定了高等职业教育方式的多样性。为了更好的适应社会在电子产业人才上的需求,文章从高等职业教育电子信息工程专业的培养目标和创新研究的必要性出发,对高等职业教育人才培养的模式进行创新性的研究和探讨。The higher occupation education is a education system to serve for the purpose, takes the employment as the orientation. In the higher occupation colleges, affected by the individual difference of students, each student is not the same as the study of knowledge and demand, and this demand determines the diversity of higher occupation education. In order to better meet the needs of the society in the electronics industry talents, the article from the necessity of training goals and innovation of electronic and information engineering of higher occupation education starting, and study on the innovative talent cultivation mode in the higher occupation education.
