电大教师合作现状的调查与分析

摘　　要：合作是教师文化的时代诉求。在国家开放大学建设和发展的大背景下,如何通过合作来促进电大教师的专业发展是个重要的现实问题。本文通过问卷调查、访谈、观察等多种方法,从合作意愿、合作能力、合作时间与对象、合作性质与内容、合作的外部支持与合作文化五个方面分析了电大教师的合作现状及其缺乏合作积极性的主要原因,在此基础上提出了培育电大教师合作文化的建议。Cooperation is the time demand of teachers' culture. In the background of national Open University construction and development, is an important practical problem how to promote the professional development of teachers through cooperation. This article through the questionnaire survey, interview, observation and other methods, from the five aspects of cooperation will, cooperation capacity, cooperation time and object, cooperation nature and the content of external cooperation, support cooperation and cooperation in culture, current situation and lack of cooperation on Teachers' main reason cooperation initiative, put forward on the basis of cultivating teachers cooperation cultural advice.
