摘　　要：港澳台学生作为我校学生的重要组成部分,是多元文化的见证者和实践者。本文从港澳台学生的特点入手,分析了我校港澳台学生的教育管理现状,并在和谐校园的基础上,提出求同存异、加强管理,互助合作,区别对待的对策,展现兼容并包的师大教育理念。The students in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as an important part of our university\, is a multi-cultural witness and practice. The paper from the characteristics of students in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, analyzes the present situation of education management in our school for students, and on the basis of harmonious campus, to seek common ground while reserving differences, put forward to strengthen management, cooperation, countermeasure of distinction, normal university education ideas show absorb anything and everything.
