摘　　要：改善心智模式,是当代著名的管理大师彼得·圣吉在《第五项修炼:学习型组织的艺术与实务》中提出的。它在管理思维、人际交往中日益发挥着不可替代的作用。本文立足于企业管理层面,用改善心智模式的理念来解决企业在管理中存在的问题并给出建议,以期推动企业管理改革。To improve the mental model, contemporary famous management guru Peter Senge in 'the Fifth Discipline: the art and practice of learning organization.'. It plays an irreplaceable role in management thinking, interpersonal communication. This paper is based on the enterprise management level, by improving mental models to address the concept existing problems in the enterprise management and give advice, in order to promote the reform of the enterprise management.
