摘　　要：目标管理是新形势下加强高校青年教师师德建设的有效途径,对提高青年教师师德建设水平具有重要的意义,其路径包含以人为本,制定科学合理的青年教师师德建设目标体系;以目标为导向,做好周密的青年教师师德建设的实施计划;完善激励机制,促进青年教师师德建设目标的实现等。Objective management is the effective way to strengthen the morality construction of young teachers' morality under the new circumstance, has an important significance to improve the construction level of young teachers' morality, the path contains a people-oriented, formulate scientific and rational construction of young teachers' morality system; goal oriented, ready to implement plans to build young teachers' morality carefully; improve the incentive mechanism, promote the goal of the construction of young teachers' morality.
