摘　　要：从近年来的就业情况看,法律硕士呈现出就业面广泛,相对集中法院、检察、公安系统,律师事务所、企业法务部门、机关事业单位等特点。文章对就业状况进行统计并分析其原因,进而提出法律硕士培养模式需以就业为导向,不断探索法律硕士的培养模式。From the employment situation in recent years, master of law shows the wide range of employment, the relative concentration of the court, procuratorate, public security system, house legal departments, institutions. The paper analyzes the statistics on the employment situation and its causes, and put forward the legal master training mode should take the employment as the guidance, training mode continuously to explore the master of law.
