国外社区教育的成功经验及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：构建终身教育体系与学习型社会已经逐渐成为主要的发展趋势,而社区教育在推动建设全面学习型社会的过程中有着不可替代的力量,这一新的教育模式已经引起了世界各国的重视与关注。国外社区教育发展历程较长,其中在教育类型、教育管理模式等方面发展较为成熟,最具代表性的国家有北欧、美国。而我国的社区教育发展历程相对较短,仍处在起步阶段。本文研究了先进国家社区教育的成功经验,并分析了其对我国社区教育发展的启示。The construction of lifelong education system and learning society has gradually become the main tendency, community education plays an irreplaceable force in promoting the construction of a comprehensive learning society, this new mode of education has attracted more and more attention from all over the world. The development of community education abroad has long history, the areas of education, education management mode of development are relatively mature, the most representative of the Nordic country, USA. And the development of community education in our country is relatively short, is still in the initial stage. This paper studies the successful experience of advanced countries, community education, and analyzes its enlightenment to the development of community education in China.
