摘  要:技能鉴定培训课程引入课堂是近年来高职院校提高教育质量,促进教学改革的新举措,对提高学生的就业能力、创新能力、社会适应能力,实现毕业生与岗位需求无缝对接具有重要的意义。本文在分析高职院校技能鉴定培训课程教学模式存在优点和缺点的基础上,提出"3+3"实践教学工作顶层设计,突出职业岗位能力培养为核心的课程软硬件建设,加大课程改革力度,为高职院校技能培训教学管理提供了借鉴。Skill appraisal training course introduction of course is to improve the quality of education in higher vocational colleges in recent years, new measures to promote the teaching reform, to improve the students' employment ability, innovation ability and social adaptation ability, to realize the seamless docking graduates and post demand has the vital significance. Skill appraisal training courses based on the analysis of higher vocational colleges teaching mode on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages, put forward the '3 + 3' top-level design practical teaching work, outstanding professional ability training as the core of the course software and hardware construction, increase the intensity of the curriculum reform, provides the reference for skills training in higher vocational colleges teaching management.
