摘　　要：我国是一个历史悠久的国家,在五千年的历史长河中凝聚了许多光辉灿烂的物质文化和精神文化,而法律文化作为精神文化的重要组成部分,在人类社会发展的进程中发挥着重要的作用。法律文化的研究是一个漫长的历史过程,也是一个涵盖面广泛的学科,不仅涉及到古代法律文化的特点,同时与古代民族文化的发展有着密切的关系。基于此,本文就针对中国古代法律文化的特点进行深入的研究,并阐述少数民族在中国法律文化进程中发挥的重要作用。Our country has a long history, the combination of a number of brilliant material culture and spiritual culture in five thousand years of history, and legal culture as an important part of spiritual culture plays in the process of development of human society in important role. Legal culture is a long historical process, but also a broad range of disciplines covering the face, not only to the ancient laws and cultural characteristics, simultaneously with the development of ancient national culture has a close relationship. Based on this, the in-depth research on the characteristics of ancient Chinese legal culture, and explains the important role played by minorities in Chinese legal culture process.
