摘　　要：文化软实力是评价国家综合实力的重要指标,而提升文化软实力是我国发展的战略目标之一。当前,高职院校正处在规模快速发展、内涵不断提升的新阶段,大力提升文化软实力已成为高职教育改革发展中的一项重大课题,努力加强文化软实力建设是高职院校的现实需要,是提高办学水平、凸显办学特色、增强核心竞争力、实现科学发展的重要方面,也是其实现可持续发展的内在动力和必然选择。本论文在探讨软实力、文化软实力及高职院校文化软实力的内涵的基础上,对提升高职院校文化软实力的有效途径做出进一步的研究。Cultural soft power is an important index of evaluation of national comprehensive strength, and promote cultural soft power is one of China's development strategic target. At present, higher vocational colleges are in scale, improve connotation of a new stage of rapid development, vigorously promote the cultural soft power has become a major issue in the development of higher vocational education reform, efforts to strengthen the construction of cultural soft power is the real needs of the higher vocational colleges, is to improve the education quality, highlight the school characteristics, enhance the core competitiveness and the realization of the important aspects of scientific development, as well as the sustainable development of inner motivation and inevitable choice. This article discusses the soft power, cultural soft power and the connotation of cultural soft power in higher vocational college, make a further study for higher vocational colleges to improve cultural soft power effectively.
